In most cases yes, but the drive must go into a cleanroom. Do NOT keep plugging it in: every boot makes the physical head damage worse.
How much does data recovery cost in the Dominican Republic? ▾
For HDDs, SSDs and portable USB drives the price depends only on capacity and plan (same price for HDD and SSD at equal capacity): 3 capacity tiers × 3 plans. Memory cards and phones are quoted by logical vs physical damage × Standard/Urgent. Intake is FREE on Basic and Standard plans (Urgent: RD$ 5,000 for queue priority; RAID: RD$ 4,500 per array). Flat rate: pick your plan and your device goes free straight into recovery; we only quote separately if it needs parts.

You don't pay for the service. No recovery, no charge — and intake is free on Basic and Standard plans.
How long does the recovery process take? ▾
From 24 hours for simple logical failures to 5-15 days for complex physical failures or RAIDs.
