💬Initial contact
Call us, message on WhatsApp, or fill the form. We give you first guidance: what to do and what NOT to do right now.
📦Device check-in
Bring the device to our lab in Santo Domingo or ship it via courier. Check-in is FREE for HDD/SSD/portable USB drives on Basic/Standard plans, and for flash memory, smartphones, and tablets. Urgent: RD$ 5,000 (queue priority). RAID: RD$ 4,500 per array.
🔬Technical diagnostic
We assess failure type (physical, logical, firmware), recovery feasibility, and timing. Your device already checked in free and went directly into recovery; this evaluation is part of the process, at no extra cost.
📝Fixed quote or fast track
If diagnostic requires parts (donor, PCB, heads) or a plan change, we send a fixed-price quote with ETA for your approval. If no extra parts or adjustments are needed, we do not waste time re-quoting: it goes straight into the lab queue to meet the timeline agreed at check-in.
⚙️Recovery in the lab
We work in cleanroom with specialized tools for each media type. We always create a byte-by-byte image before any intervention on the original device.
✅Verification
We verify integrity of recovered files and generate a report of what was retrieved (file list / size / samples).
🚚Delivery
You receive your files on external disk, USB, or cloud. We report what was fully recovered and what came out partial.
